Title: Designer, Global Digital Content
Duration: 6 Month Assignment
Location: Hybrid, Boston MA
Foundational: Actions
- Lead Sell-In seasonal content–improve the output by testing & exploring new ideas to tell product stories.
- Provide creative and visual direction to external partners, agencies, freelancers.
- Demonstrate creative POV in critiques/ review meetings, be creative decision-maker for Sell-in Content.
- Build and maintain partner relationships. Diversity and inclusion based on merit is at the forefront when bringing on creative partners.
- Network and build relationships with cross-functional partners and designers working on our wholesale and Sell-In business.
- Ensure all assets are thoughtfully crafted, designer-friendly and can be used in various digital executions to ensure design flexibility.
- Provide visibility of your work to the Sr. Designer, Content and maintain regular touch bases with them to ensure we are achieving our seasonal needs and objectives.
Foundational: Knowledge
- Be an Expert on Global Content, always improving & deepening our storytelling across digital direct platforms (.COM, OLM, & Email)
- Understand guidelines and VCs. Uphold and demonstrate this guidance to help govern consistent output.
- Knowledgeable around site functionalities in order to concept for end-in-mind use
- Obsess competitor & congruent brands and learn how they are engaging with the consumer through site experience, paid social median and emails.
- Exemplify our brand values and MVP in everything we create
STRATEGIZE – 30%
- Digest and understand seasonal and yearly objectives laid out by cross-functional team and/or the Director of Content.
- Develop solutions that meet the seasonal or yearly objectives.
- Work collaboratively with designers, writers and strategists to develop the best possible experience for our consumers.
EXECUTE – 70%
- Develop, execute, and deliver against concepted briefs alongside experience strategy.
- Attend shoots and give guidance to creative partners and talent to achieve high output
- Execute all post-production feedback and guidance to internal and external partners.
- Maintain and update style guidance across the Sell-In stream of work.
